Refund policy is governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed only for unopened, unused, and sealed perfumes
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected

No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable
  • No cash refunds will be issued, including for COD orders
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange

Exchange Charges

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges
  • This includes both pickup and re-delivery fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photo or video proof
  • Once approved, a free replacement will be provided

Additional Terms

  • All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
  • Gland Lures is not responsible for personal scent preference
  • Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice
