About Our Fragrances

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, absolutely. All Gland Lures fragrances are 100% authentic and original. We craft our perfumes using premium ingredients and stand behind the quality of every bottle we sell.

How long do your fragrances last?

Our eau de parfums are formulated for exceptional longevity, typically lasting 10-12 hours on the skin. Longevity can vary based on skin type, climate, and application method.

Are your fragrances unisex?

Many of our fragrances are designed to be unisex and can be worn by anyone. Scent is personal, and we encourage you to choose fragrances based on what resonates with you, regardless of traditional gender classifications.

What's the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) compared to Eau de Toilette (5-15%), making EDPs longer-lasting and more intense.

How should I store my perfume?

Store your fragrances in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing in bathrooms where temperature and humidity fluctuate. Proper storage helps preserve the fragrance's integrity.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders within the UAE. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via Whatsapp so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we serve customers in the UAE only. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

This policy is governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed only for unopened, unused, and sealed perfumes
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected

No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable
  • No cash refunds will be issued, including for COD orders
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange

Exchange Charges

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges
  • This includes both pickup and re-delivery fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photo or video proof
  • Once approved, a free replacement will be provided

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.

How should I apply perfume for best results?

Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) where skin is warmest. Don't rub your wrists together as this can break down the fragrance molecules. For longer wear, apply to moisturized skin or layer with an unscented lotion.

How can I make my fragrance last longer?

Apply to moisturized skin, focus on pulse points, avoid rubbing, and consider layering with matching body products if available. Storing your fragrance properly also helps maintain its potency.

Can I wear multiple fragrances at once?

Yes! Fragrance layering is an art. Start with lighter scents and build to heavier ones, or choose complementary fragrance families for a unique signature blend.
